I put the moth trap out last night and caught and identified twenty-one
moths covering nine species, three of which were new for the year.
The following were recorded: Amblyptilia acanthadactyla [1];
Emmelina monodactyla [1]; Light Brown Apple Moth [1]; Double-striped Pug [4]; Early Thorn [1]; Brindled Beauty [1];
Clouded Drab [1]; Common Quaker [1] and Hebrew Character [3].
