An early morning at Wigston Magna, Leicestershire - July 6, 2015

A noticeable cooler night last night with a much reduced catch with just eighty-eight trapped and identified covering just twenty-seven species, although three were new for the year.

[1]; Celypha striana [3]; Small Magpie [1]; Eudonia mercurella [3]; Chrysoteuchia culmella [14]; Crambus pascuella [4]; Elephant Hawkmoth [2]; Small Fan-footed Wave [1]; Riband Wave [5]; Scalloped Oak [1]; Willow Beauty [1]; Buff-tip [1]; Straw Dot [1]; Buff Ermine [3]; Common Footman [9]; Silver Y [2]; Sycamore [1]; Mottled Rustic [3]; The Uncertain [16]; The Rustic [2]; Large Nutmeg [1]; Dark Arches [1]; Bright-line Brown-eye [1]; Varied Coronet [1]; Heart and Dart [8]; The Flame [1] and Large Yellow Underwing [1].
