This is a record of my field trips with a few photographs to add to the interest. My main interest has been birds but recently I have become interested in butterflies and moths but find the moths very difficult at times and some remain unidentified.

An afternoon at Thornton Reservoir, Leicestershire - October 12, 2012
Dave and I had gone to
Thornton Reservoir as there had been five Common Scoters present yesterday but
there was no sign today and there was little else of note, three Buzzards and a
Nuthatch being the best.
